Okay —”Spreadheads”— the time is here. WSP has recently posted their Spring 2010 tour dates via their official website.

In an effort to promote their second album Odd Blood, Brooklyn psychedelic band Yeasayer will embark on an extensive tour beginning in February.  And luckily, they’ll be coming to a venue near you in April.
The tour will kick off in Los Angeles on February 5 and after a couple of shows in New York, the boys will jump across the pond to entertain some Europeans.  They’ll return to the US on April 3 and continue on the road until May 5.

Mexican guitar-shredding duo, Rodrigo y Gabriela have released a new album, 11:11, and with it a North American tour.  And thankfully, they will be stopping in Atlanta! This almost makes up for no Dr. Dog show.

Dr. Dog will release their first album produced in a professional studio with an outside producer on April 6th.  The album, “Shame, Shame”, will be the band’s most openly autobiographical release to date.  

The much talked about band, Vampire Weekend drops their sophomore album this Tuesday, January 12th, entitled Contra. With it comes the band’s announcement of a mega tour, spanning all over the good old US of A and leaping across the pond to show Europe some indie pop love.
