Condi Rice To Play Piano At Concert

condoleezza_rice Musicians and other celebrities sometimes attempt to make a foray into politics, but it’s not usually the other way around. This week, Condoleeza Rice proves to be an exception to the rule, as she’s set to play piano at a concert raising funds for a California school.

According to the Salida Performing Arts Foundation, the performance will take place at a private institution. If you’re interested in seeing a politician play the keys, you’ll have to come pretty stacked; tickets are $500 individually, and $5,000 for a table of eight. Proceeds from the gig will go to the students of Salida’s Sisk High School, and they’ll hopefully get some new violins out of this deal.
