Thanks to the ever-expanding digital world, everyone who caught on before Broken Bells’ label, was able to check out the first ever Broken Bells’ show in Los Angeles, where a fan recorded it and promptly posted it on YouTube.During the debut show, Broken Bells (who consist of duo James Mercer from the Shins and Danger Mouse) covered Athens’ own Neutral Milk Hotel’s classic “In The Aeroplane Over the Sea.”  The video has been taken down by Sony off of most sites, but if you’re crafty enough, you could probably find it somewhere. In the meantime, watch out for their debut album releasing in March, and check out their MySpace for a couple already released tracks.
