Platinum-selling country singer Jo Dee Messina is releasing a new album after a five-year hiatus.

She owned country radio back in the late ‘90s with “Heads Carolina, Tails California”, “Bye Bye”… and her self-titled debute album spawned two Top 10’s on Billboard. Overall, six of her singles have landed at the #1 spot on the Billboard Country singles chart. Being a crazed country music fan, her pervious success has me anticipating her upcoming release Unmistakable on Curb Records.

It’s been confirmed the album will be released April 13 and the first single, “That’s God” will be broadcast on country radio next Monday (25) and she’ll be performing seven shows over the span of five days sometime in March. It looks like she’s back, and ready to take her place again in the ever-evolving music industry.
